Born and raised in Orange, CA, Dr. Kelly has dedicated his career to serving the area, and continues to make it his home. With over two decades of experience, he has earned a reputation for delivering exceptional dental care with a personal touch.
A graduate of the University of Southern California (USC) School of Dentistry, 
Dr. Kelly specializes in cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, Invisalign®, and laser dentistry, utilizing the latest dental technologies to help patients achieve healthy, beautiful smiles. His focus on pain-free, patient-centered care has made him a trusted name among families in Newport Beach and beyond.
In addition to his practice, Dr. Kelly is passionate about giving back. He frequently volunteers on missionary trips to underserved communities in Africa, providing essential care where it’s needed most. His service extends locally as well, having assisted his father (decd), Dr. Robert Kelly, chief consultant of the Orange County Coroner’s Office, on special forensic cases. Dr. Kelly also proudly serves on the Advisory Board of Cerritos College School of Dental Hygiene, furthering the education and development of future dental professionals.
